WARRANTY
WARRANTY - CARSPIN ONE-MONTH MECHANICAL WARRANTY ONE-YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. CarSpin warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product, for the residence in which this product is originally installed, that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one-month from the date of purchase and that structurally it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for one-year. Seller warrants this product against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary use. However, operation of the product within twenty-five miles of a body of salt water (or exposing the table to “ice melting” corrosive agents, by example, but not limited to, magnesium chloride) is not ordinary use and will void the one-month mechanical warranty and the one-year structural warranty unless the product was purchased with a “protective substructure” option. Additionally, since the conditions of the turntable’s use are beyond CarSpin’s control, CarSpin disclaims any warranty or liability incurred in connection with its clearcoat or anodizing options. If operation of product is within twenty-five miles of a body of salt water, the clearcoat or anodizing turntable platter options are not required to maintain the one-month mechanical warranty and the one-year structural warranty. However, because of the increased adverse environmental conditions, the Customer should be aware that increased levels of oxidation and staining of the aluminum platter might occur, of which CarSpin disclaims any warranty or liability. The proper operation of this product is dependent on Customer compliance with the instructions regarding installation where applicable, operation, maintenance and testing. Failure to comply strictly with those instructions will void this warranty in its entirety. If, during the limited warranty period this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, call 303-665-1342. Please provide a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt. Products returned to CarSpin for warranty repair, which upon receipt by CarSpin are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at CarSpin's sole option) at no cost to Customer and returned pre-paid. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at CarSpin's sole option. Opening the control panel, modifying the control unit, or removing any of the metal plates from the turntable voids the warranty. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON CARSPIN'S PART. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OPERATION OR CARE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT), LABOR CHARGES FOR REINSTALLING A REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNIT, OR UNITS INSTALLED FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL USE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CARSPIN BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARSPIN'S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to Customer. This limited warranty gives Customer specific legal rights, and Customer may also have other rights that vary from state to state. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES CARSPIN'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. CARSPIN SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. CARSPIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT CARSPIN HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
