DURABLE
The Premier's 13-foot and 15-foot diameter turntables are robust enough to rotate the largest SUV up to 30,000 pounds (see computer model of stress analysis below). The Premier's 19-foot diameter turntable can rotate a vehicle up to 10,000 pounds. Both tables can support slopes from mild to steep driveway grades. However, as the slope increases from level, the table’s maximum weight capacity decreases. An upgraded Heavy Duty 19-foot turntable, that can support vehicles up to 30,000 pounds, is also available at an additional cost. Its diamond plate aluminum turntable surface provides an attractive and durable protective surface that provides adhesion and withstands all weather conditions.
ENGINEERED TO SUPPORT ALMOST ANY VEHICLE
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) displaying 30,000 pounds exerted across a single deck section assembly with a safety factor of two (the equivalent of exerting 60,000 pounds across the surface).
EASE OF INSTALL & DELIVERY
An enormous amount of thought and engineering went into building turntables that were not only straightforward to assemble from smaller, integrated components - making them suitable for shipping anywhere in the country, but, with the assistance of our staff, customizable to almost any site. To withstand potential abuse (such as a delivery truck pulling onto your turntable and then spinning its wheels), we overbuilt our turntables. While we guarantee our product for “ordinary use”, we nonetheless engineered them to withstand considerable mistreatment.

SUPER HEAVY DUTY
Unlike some other turntables, which merely rely upon a central bearing or light duty casters, the CarSpin turntable has a ring of sixteen industrial bearing wheels around the outside perimeter - in addition to a central bearing. This provides heavy duty support and additional protection, that prevents overloading the turntable’s edge, which could result in damage to both the vehicle and table mechanism. Due to its massive 30,000 pound weight capacity, you have more flexibility where to locate your turntable – you need be much less concerned about a delivery truck driving over your table and damaging it.

WHY OUR TABLES ARE QUIET AND THEIRS ARE NOT
A caster has a flat surface and is designed to move in either a forward or backward rotation. Since a caster’s entire surface is in contact with the track, if you make it move in a circular rotation, the outside edge – being a few inches away from the inside edge – has to travel a slightly further distance. The problem is that a slight difference in distance means the caster cannot travel on the track, it has to slightly slide across it. The result is a shrieking sound that is vibrated through the entire turntable.
Instead of inexpensive plastic casters, we have designed our own supports that utilized industrial stainless steel bearings that are crowned. A crowned wheel has a slight arch in the center (inexpensive casters cannot support the tremendous weights which are concentrated onto a crowned surface), so only a small area is actually in contact with the track (notice the bearing’s contact with the rail in the picture to the right). Since there is a small contact area, the bearing travels on the track – does not drag across it – and does not make any shrieking vibrations.
World's best built turntables are built with heavy duty industrial components.
